Maybe not the likely choice for many, but visually that's what comes to mind when I consider death throughout the ages. Discuss! :P
Oye, not sure how long this one took. I had a different version of it, but since then I've revamped it a few times, sadly I'm not too sure I like this version more from the previous one, but I'm too stubborn to admit that the last couple of hours were a waist so I'm posting the new version instead!
